When do I need new tires?
Replace a tire when the tread gets down to 2/32 of an inch, the legal limit in Georgia, or if you see cracks, bulges or cords showing. For a quick check, put a penny in the groove with Lincoln's head down. If you can see the top of his head, it's time.
What should I have ready for a tire quote?
Your vehicle's year, make and model are a useful start. Include the tire size if you know it, how many tires you need, and anything you want the team to consider. Call or send a request to discuss options and availability.
What tire brands do you sell?
We're a Uniroyal shop, and you'll see the sign on our building. Tell us your vehicle and your budget, and we'll go over the tires that fit.
Can you replace tire pressure sensors?
Yes. If your tire pressure light stays on after your tires are aired up, a sensor may have gone bad. We can check it and replace it, and new tires are a good time to do it.
Do you work on big truck and equipment tires?
Often, yes. We've worked on tires for everything from riding mowers to a 5-ton M1083 truck. Call with the tire size and we'll tell you if we can handle it.
